TOM FRIEDMAN IS ON SUMMER SABBATICAL AT THE TIMES, AND BARBARA EHRENREICH IS SPELLING HIM. Ehrenreich is a fine writer, but who knew she could be this good? I can't even excerpt it without doing a fundamental injustice. Tim Noah is trying to generate support for a "Draft Ehrenreich" movement, to keep her on board and jettison Herbert, Dowd or Kristof.
